Don't stress, we understand! Just fill out the contact form as soon as you can and inform us of the correct shipping address.
We ship out orders once a week, on Friday, using packaging materials that are plastic-free.
Orders placed before Thursday at 12 pm (GMT+8:00) will be dispatched on Friday. Orders placed after that time will have to wait until the following week's Friday for dispatch.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you can't find your shipping confirmation email, please look in your spam or promotions folder — it might be there.
We realise that online shopping doesn’t always turn out as planned. The good news is we offer return and exchange options. Check our Returns & Exchanges page to learn if you're eligible.
